How do I cancel Peel Plus?

Open Settings on your iPhone › your name › Subscriptions › Peel, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least a day before your free week ends and you won't be charged.

I bought Plus but it isn't showing

Open the Plus screen in Peel and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

Why did shuffles stop for today?

Plus includes up to 30 shuffles a day. They come back the next day. Writing your own notes is never limited.

Where are my notes stored?

Only on your device. Peel has no accounts and sends nothing to us. If your iPhone is backed up to iCloud, your notes are included in that backup.

How do I delete a note?

Long-press it on the Wall, choose the notes to remove, and tap Delete.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget, search for Peel, and choose a size.

I want a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Peel purchase.
